Refund and Cancellation Policy

AtYourService by Go8 Technology Inc.

At AtYourService (AYS), we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality services that meet your needs and exceed expectations. However, we recognize that circumstances may change, and cancellations or refunds may sometimes be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel a booking or request a refund through the AtYourService mobile app or website.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

🛠 Booking Cancellation Before Provider Acceptance

  • You may cancel any booking free of charge before a service provider (handyman, cleaner, beautician, etc.) accepts it.

  • To cancel: Go to your AYS Customer App, open your booking details, and tap “Cancel Booking.”

  • A full refund will be issued to your AYS Wallet if the booking was paid in advance.

🚫 Provider Unavailability

  • In rare cases where a service provider cannot fulfill your booking due to unforeseen events, the provider may decline the booking.

  • You will be notified immediately, and you may:

    • Reschedule your appointment to a new time that works for you, or

    • Cancel and receive a full refund with no cancellation fee (if the service was prepaid).


Refunds

Refunds for cancelled or unsuccessful services (based on advance payment) will be credited back to your AYS Wallet for future use or cash-out, depending on your selected preference.

Situations Not Eligible for Full Refunds

  • You cancel after the provider has accepted your booking.

  • The service was completed as agreed, but you were not satisfied with the result.

  • Minor delays or inconvenience during service.

  • You changed the service scope after the provider arrived, leading to additional charges.
